Family of 8-year-old sues CPS, blaming school for child’s suicide

The family of 8-year-old Gabriel Taye is suing Cincinnati Public Schools, claiming the school system is responsible for harboring an atmosphere of "aggressive behavior" that led to the young boy's suicide.
